Frequently Asked Questions: Subscriptions

Is it possible to make payments via bank transfer?

Yes, we accept payments via bank transfer in Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and the USA. If you wish to make a payment using this method, please email sales@mpindustries.app to request the bank transfer payment option.

Can I receive the invoice locally for my subscription?

We offer local billing in Mexico, Chile, Colombia and the USA.

For billing in Mexico: Log in to your subscription portal (Manage your subscription) and update your billing information. Once payment is processed, you will automatically receive your invoice.

How can I add users to my subscription?

You can make changes to your subscription at any time by accessing the "Manage your subscription" section.

What happens if my subscription payment is not processed?

We will make up to three attempts to collect payment. If we are unable to complete the transaction after these attempts, your subscription will automatically be switched to the FREE version, with a limit of 2 active users. Other users will remain inactive until payment is received.
