It has predefined permissions that allow for efficient maintenance management. It focuses on ensuring tasks are completed on time and correctly, while maintaining operational control in the field.

It has limited access only to the information and work orders assigned to it, allowing it to view, update, and report progress without accessing configurations or administrative functions. This ensures controlled and secure collaboration with third parties.

*By default, the system starts with a Super Administrator user (Org-Admin). We recommend that all platform configuration, as well as user and profile configuration (user roles and permissions), be carried out with this user.
